Our Limited Warranty covers any physical goods purchased from our website. This warranty includes the replacement or repair of products deemed defective due to damaged shipping materials, improper materials, or faulty workmanship, provided the damage occurs under normal use.
3. Warranty Coverage Details
- The warranty is transferable.
- Products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or full refund.
- This warranty does not apply to bulk CBD products.
4. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be purchased within the last 30 days.
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- Products not meeting these criteria will not be considered for return.

Your Limited Warranty coverage lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If a replacement product is issued, the coverage extends for an additional 30 days from the replacement order.
7. What Is Not Covered
- Products with issues not resulting from defective materials or workmanship.
- Damage due to improper maintenance or neglect.
- Damage from natural causes like floods or lightning.
- Theft or products with removed labels or alterations.
8. Utilizing Coverage
To use warranty coverage, obtain a Return Merchant Authorization from our customer service team. We will provide instructions and a return address for your defective items.
9. Implied Warranties
Implied warranties are limited to the time frame detailed by this Limited Warranty, except as provided by applicable law.
10. Responsibility for Damages
Aside from applicable law, we are not responsible for damages arising from a breach in implied warranties. This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Malta.
11. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges related to returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during shipping, both to and from our address.
